Hi I m Chinmay,
Subject: regarding the reliance energy bill not paid by freecharge even though the amount deducted from my bank account.

Now coming to the issue,
On 16 jan 2016
I did a freecharge for my reliance energy bill (the amount for bill was 416 ) but may be due to my earlier freecharge cashbacks, only 410 rs was deducted from my bank account.
But when I checked my next month's bill, reliance charged me the previous month's due amount.
So I contacted reliance custumer care regarding the issue, they said that they did not received any payment from freecharge.then they further asked me 2 provide transaction id. But when I checked my freecharge transaction id, I was shocked . There was not a single transaction of 410.
Then I emailed freecharge, they too replied that there is no transaction of 410. They further told me that they cannot go further without providing transaction id, which I don't have.
The only proof that I possess is the bank passbook which has the entry of the payment of 410 rupees with the name of recipient as PayU.freecharge.

I also approached my bank , they told that the payment was cleared from their side.

PLZ if possible, help me out from this situation.
