Ion Exacense Pvt. Ltd, Jayanagar, Bangalore is cheating people by calling as customers as Aqua guard service and sending technician home, replaced the water purifier candles with third party candles and not genuine aquaguard candles and offered 3 year maintence insurance for Rs 5175/- (client id 18692, Receipt no: 5753 on March 22, 2017). When I checked for the company details on internet, it shows so many cheating cases. Hence checked for wrapper of the replaced candles, he is removed the price tag from it and is not a genuine aquaguard product. So called them up told that I am not happy with their service and would want to continue with 3 year maintenance insurance scheme and want my money to be refunded minus the installation of candles charges which is said to be 2300/-.Please help me in getting my amount refunded as I dont such cheating pathetic service from Ion Exasense
