Dear Sir,
Myself Mr. Satyabrat Baral want to intimate you that, I had booked Agrawal packers & Movers, Vijayawada for HHG shifting from Nellore (AP) to Korba (CG). The HHG packed & moved (40 items) from Nellore on 22/02/2017 bearing G.C No- 4549930. As discussed with Mr.Kishan the HHG to be transported directly to Korba through individual vehicle, but the HHG unloaded at Raipur. After continuous calls & follow ups I received the HHG items on 04/03/2017.

Sad to Inform you that while unloading I found a cartoon box (N0-37) fully damaged & opened as well as washing machine stand (No-10) fully damaged through transport. From the cartoon box (No-37) 2 nos of items missing such as 1 new Reebok Shoes (unpacked) & 1 new Dinning set box (Unpacked) worth cost Rs 4000 & 12000 respectively.

I claimed for the damaged & missing items buy M/s Agrawal packers & Movers(DRS GROUP) is not paying my claim amount of 30000 of HHG shifting from Nellore (AP) to Korba (CG) G.C No- 4549930. I have previously mentioned total claim amount is of Rs.17000. Now after unpacking I found another item is fully damage. The product no 31 (dressing table) of worth Rs.13000 from the packing list.

Even though after continuous mail & call also company is neither responding nor came for survey.

Please take proper action & pay my claim amount.
