Complaint Details
I purchased LG G4 mobile in July 2015 and in September 2016, Mobile suddenly stopped working and upon investigation it was found that motherboard is dead.
Upon further investigation on Internet It was found that LG recognized fault in the motherboard of their LG G4 model way back in January 2016 but did not voluntary came forward to provide any replacement. Now they are asking Rs. 20000 to get the motherboard replacement.
I seek redressal from LG and either repair or replacement of faulty unit with new one or equivalent model.
