Complaint Details
Sir/Madam,

I had booked flight tickets via Cleartrip mobile app from Dibrugarh to Delhi and back for an amount of Rs. 20390/- on 20.12.16 via my debit card.

The same was cancelled by me on 13.03.17 due to some unavoidable reasons and an amount of Rs. 9640/- was refundable to me.

But as the said amount was not received by me, I contacted Cleartrip. As per telephonic conversation with Cleartrip customer care, an amount of Rs. 9640/- was refunded by them to my bank account on 13.03.17. They asked me to contact my branch with an ARN No.- 75260827073012303742035 to trace the transaction with their Central Operational Team.

After contacting bank (State Bank of India) and providing them with the above ARN No., they couldn't locate the transaction as well as the amount. So, after reporting Cleartrip
about the same they asked me for a pdf copy of my bank statement indicating the non refund via email which I did provided on the same day i.e. 22.03.17.

After seeing my email they confirmed that the said amount was not being credited to my bank account, but still they insisted that the above transaction was complete at their end.

So, after hearing their same replies many a time, I asked them to give credit to my savings bank account via NEFT/RTGS as since the credit was not received by me.

But they rejected to the same saying that the credit has been processed to the same card, in spite of the fact that I showed them a pdf file of my bank passbook.

I have provided to your esteemed organisation a pdf copy of my bank statement from the date of purchase of ticket to till date, a pdf copy of my email conversation with Cleartrip and also with a copy of email from Cleartrip for your kind reference.

Kindly look into the matter so that I receive my due credit on time.
