Respected sir/madam,
On 14 march i ordered something from dely bazzar.com.but for a reason i have to cencle the order but still the refund of 352 is not credited in my bank acount.but they are telling thats refund in 16 match but sir I already checked my payu
money account as well as my bank account statement it's not credited
yet.I sended my payu money all transection status to payumoney catomer care email...which is linked to
dely bazar..where you can see no transection from novembar are showing
in my account with email address of "aryandiptanu@gmail.com".

and I also enclosed my march bank account statement when you can see
after debited the amount 352 rupees in 14 march but there was no
refund history of this 352 till 22.3.2017.but you told me its
refunded..sir .I also contacted bank but they told no such payment was
received by them..please check the matter..

but still delybazar telling my the same sentences that sended to me in the 1st email.sir .I am a student so small amount of
money is very important for me.
please resolve the matter sir please sir.
