Dear Sirs/ Madam,

This is to record my displeasure & resentment at the manner in which I was recently treated by your Airlines.

That, by PNR No. CKIKMC, I was to originally board 9W-307 and 9W-7160, from BOM-DEL-GAU and land at GAU on or before 1630 HRS.

It may be mentioned that when the Gates at Terminal 2 were opened and just when I was about to board the Aircraft, I was rudely told not to board the said Aircraft as I may miss 9W-7160 ( DEL-GAU) due to the delay already caused by 9W-307.

Accordingly, I was asked to visit Counter M-13 @ Terminal 2, all by myself, for the rescheduling.

It was informed to me that I was placed in another slot i.e. MUM-KOL 9W-0523 and KOL-GUW 9W-2471. Further, it was assured that the baggage/ luggage, already checked-in for 9W-307 and 9W-7160 would, automatically, be assigned to 9W-0523 and 9W-2471.

The entire circus of checking-in/ security check had to be repeated for the second time at Terminal 2 thanks to you causing me undue hardship & despair.

Upon landing at KOL at around 1530-1540 HRS, I had to rush, like a mad dog, inter-se Domestic/ Arrival gates, for a really tight scheduled flight at 1610HRS when, as per the boarding pass, the board time was at 1525HRS. I hope you may appreciate that given the gamut of circumstances, created solely by you, I ought to have ideally been given some amount of assistance in the form of domestic transfers etc.

It may be informed that I boarded the flight ( 9W-2471) at the nick of time and luckily did not miss it. Suffice it to say, that it would not have bothered you even if I did!!!

During boarding as well, it was assured that the baggage will be unloaded at GUW on arrival of instant flight.

I may stress that, as per schedule, I were to reach Guwahati at 1630 HRS and not 1755 HRS as I did. Accordingly, my programme & schedule was planned accordingly. The previous arrangements for Cab, at Guwahati, was rescheduled/ cancelled twice over at my expenses set aside the mental harassment already caused to me.

However, the despair turned ugly when I was informed, at Guwahati, that my checked in luggage was not brought in the same Aircraft and that I had to wait till 1930/2000 HRS when another KOL-GUW flight lands with the likelihood of it carrying my luggage.

I was made to suffer like a despicable human being while I waited, for almost two hours, for the Aircraft to land.

It was never indicated to me that such lapses may occur inasmuch as no arrangements for dinner/ tea, at your expense, was made.

That, Sir, I live in a remote part of Meghalaya i.e. Nongstoiñ which is atleast 200-250 KMS from the Guwahati Airport and locating a Taxi to take me does not come at an affordable price given the late hours as also the fact that I should have reached, Guwahati, at 1630 HRS as per plan but, infact, left the Airport only at 2000HRS and reached home the next day.

In this connection, I may urge you to kindly make such adequate compensation as deemed fit & proper.
