Complaint Details
Consignment no. D32772047. My sister had sent sweets from Kolkata to Vadodara on 25th March 2017. Its stagnant in DTDC, gorwa, Baroda since 28th March 2017. When I called them, they said they don't deliver to my address and asked me to pick up. They have already ruined the sweets in this hot climate and they have no shame in harassing me more. Kindly help me with the problem.
