I have purchased Reliance Jio Lyf 8 on 11/1/2017 on the 4 th day started touch not responding after a week informed the shop told me take it to the Jio service center accordingly taken to service center their they 3 times software updated their was no change in it. I told him open it and find out which component went wrong then replace it that time I was told here we don’t do any such kind of service you take it to the kadavanthara Jio service cente r accordingly I have taken the r told everything in detail concerned told me calming I am the Concerned Engineer he will not do anything on it he was not patiently listening to my problems this was on on 15/3/2017 how ever their & then I called up customer care from their that time he told me he can up date and give the software I told him very clearly something went wrong inside that to be replaced any how he did the software because I informed the customer care from in front of him and customer care these people told me get a slip from them with a job sheet no 8008428334 claimed engineer was very reluctant to give a slip I asked from him I need it for reference and customer care wala provided me an ID no 20501621 I called up 3 times customer care wala then they give me one more similar no that is 20519761 it was on 27/3/2017 that time I was told pls send an email in this regard to care@mylf.com accordingly II forwarded a mail I was told in other 24 hrs time they take up an action 4 days over no replay & the customer care phone is not going through normally if one buy something from a shop after 4 days something wrong they will give a new one is int it. Followed are the complaints( problems) like No.1 mobile touch not responding 2.what,s up contact all are not getting clippings while watching it goes off.3.mobile taking 6 hrs to get 50 % charged 4.always in digital display shows each application unfortunately it has stopped 5. Some times I will have to remove the battery of to switch of the phone 6.while charging one can see the charging like an equiiser it will hang 7.mobile while Inside the pocket you tube will get on its own from in side I can hear some things then I will have take it out from my pocket to of it. every one will take it to the seller they will give a replacement this is the procedure but he spoke to me engineer I am asking something freely I paid money shop wala didn’t give me freely this phone and the kind of behavior was also very arrogant like however it is not possible for me to run behind this like tom & Jerry that is not possible at all you know Their for I kindly request you to do the needful and pls give me a new same mobile pls do the needful to materialize the same
