Complaint Details
My flight was at 6:25am form BOM - IDR on 31st march 2017. I reached airport counter by 5:20am. I was made to stand in a queue even though I told them that my flight is in 1 hr. When my turn came, the girl told me to go to other counter as she was busy in some work. I reached the other counter by 5:35am. THey generated my boarding pass but my luggage was 4kg extra, so they asked me to pay Rs400 or adjust luggage. I asked where can I adjust, so the girl 'Ketaki' showed me nearby area. I adjusted the luggage and came back. She told me that she had teared my boarding pass and new one cannot be generated because of 45min time limit. I was there the whole time, nobody cared to inform me about this and finally I couldn't board my flight. I begged them to let me go, as they could have informed me. I reached before time. I did everything according to rules right. Yet I missed the flight because of their mismanagement.
Its just mean trick to leet customers to anyhow restrict them to 45 mins boarding limit, so they have to buy a new ticket. And thats what they have told me. Very disappointing and disheartening experience.
