Complaint Details
Consignment no. D32772047 was placed from Kolkata to Vadodara on 25th March 2017. It reached Vadodara on 28th March 2017 at DTDC Gorwa. On not getting an response till 30th March 2017, I called DTDC Gorwa to find out extremely hostile behaviour saying that they have no option but to destroy my consignment because they have stopped delivering at my pincode. My pincode is 390012 which is still deliverable according to their own system. After complaining on various platforms including CCRC, I got my parcel delivered on 31st March 2017 at 19:04. Despite being labelled dry fruits, they took 6 days to deliver. My food was destroyed and broken into pieces as if it has been purposefully manhandled. I face a loss of 3000 rupees because of the damage to property and consumer harassment. They had taken 600 rupees for courier charge and my product cost 2400 rupees.
