it is to be noted that even after passing of almost 3 yeard construction of thc aforesaid
project at the site has not even commenced (except occasional digging at one piece of land with
1 JCB machine for the last couple of months) and thereby compellillg us to believe that this
project is a sham and fraud committed by the builder. We along with other aggrieved investors
started approaching the builder from time to time through personal visits, emails and phone
calls demanding our money back which was deposited by us with him but his offices
repeatedly ignored our requests and kept on falsely assuring that the construction would start
soon at the site and Prenta Group is committed to deliver the same within time frame, which is
now a very big '?'mark.

His dishonest and fraudulent intention is felt and is proved beyond doubt from the fact
that the builder fraudulently interduced we buyers to invest in his aforesaid project about 3 years
back concealing the fact from us that he had no approvals from the Greater Noida Authority
(GNIDA) and other Authorities for this project, thereby cheating and defrauding us to grab our
hard earned money.It was revealed only after some of us filed RTI with the GNIDA that an approval granted to this project
by the Authority only on 08.10.2015 vide their letter no. 6101 dt 08.10.2015 favout of M/ s. Solitaire InfoMedia Pvt Ltd.
(a subsidiary of premia Group of Companies), Plot No. 201, Knowledge Park-5, Greater Noida (West), While as per rule , "No
developeler can sell any unit in a project without getting a building approval from the Authority".

We have written couple of emails also to the builder to refund our money but no response received so far
to this effect.

We also visited recently to their Registered office which we could not find and were given
to understand from iocality that the builder's Registered Office. at 3/18/4F Block 3, East patel Nagar, New
Delhi -110059, no more exists and it has been demolished long back by the MCD being the unauthorized construction.

In view of above kindly register the complaint against this company. We
sincerely hope that the matter will be appropriately investigated and our hard earned money
will be recovered from this company at the earliest with interest.
