Complaint Details
I have been following up with Airtel since last 3 months for closure of my postpaid mobile number and refund of wrongly charged amounts. They are not giving me transparent details for wrongly charged amounts. More than 50 mails have been exchanged with them. Every time they keep buying time or giving excuses. All things exchanged over email. Please send me your email Id and I shall forward you the emails, as I am out of country presently.
