Complaint Details
We are giving software development services to pramaticare & vishal jain from last 8 months and did not received payment from last 4 months. All the time the owner i.e. Vishal tell that he will release the payment soon and we kept faith on him and continued giving our services but when we are not receiving any money for months then we asked him to release money again & again but as usual he tries to fool us. One day we went to his office location in Noida sector 16 and got to know that he has shifted his office from that location 2 months before in feb 2017 and didn't inform us. After telling him for money he said that he has sold the company to other investors and they will release payment accordingly. We always requested him to give money and he said that i am trying but not commiting any date he also said to raise complaint or FIR if we want. not able to understand the behaviour of that guy as we always helped him whenever required.
need help from law to recover my money.
