BOOKED A SAMSUNG FRIDGE UNDER EXCHANGE FROM VIJAY SALES ON 26/03/2017 RECD ON 28/03/2017 UPON RECEIPT THE SAME WAS FOUND DENTED AT THE BACKSIDE RAISED A COMPLAINT FOR REPLACEMENT RECD A REPLACEMENT ON 30/03/2017 AT 10:30PM WHICH WAS THE SAME PIECE THAT WAS ON DISPLAY AT THE SHOWROOM NOT ACCEPTED AGAIN RAISED A COMPLAINT & FINALLY RECD A FRESH FRIDGE ON 01/04/2017 IN THE MEANTIME I HAD VISITED THE SHOWROOM ATLEAST 5 TIMES FOR THE REPLACEMENT. THERE WAS NO PROPER AFTER SALES SERVICE NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE COMPLAINT RAISED. APART FROM THAT I LOST CRTITICAL MEDICNES WHICH WAS TO BE KEPT UNDER REFRIGERATION , DAIRY PRODUCTS GOT SPOILED, VEGETABLES & FRUITS ROTTEN HAD TO BE THROWN AWAY. PLS HELP AS THE AGENCY IS NOT EVEN READY TO LISTEN TO THE CONSUMER.
