I have my health policy from appolo munich health insurance limited.I had taken it on 22 sep 2015. My wife is also covered under this policy. She suddenly had to be hispitalize for large ovarian cyst and doctors suddested for surgery. Then I applied for mediclaim from this appolo munich company but they did not give approval for mediclaim and demanded too many related documents. And ofcourse I provided the same, and this company annoyed me for 7 days for approval and they also sent their agent for clinical investigation for my case. Their was also satisfied with my documents but again reply from the company was against wuoting that I did not disclose infertility problem of my wife. First of all I was not aware of thid problem of my wife secondly if did not disclose the same , the problem from which ny wife kalpana was affected was not due to that. So, this problem was due to the infection inside her body.
I approached so many times to TPA of the apollo hospiTal but replied that the apollo munich company denied my mediclaim. By which I was really hurt.
So kindly help me to resolve my problem.
