Hi Team,

This is my Customer ID: 80000 96624, we have purchase the Dr.Aquaguard Magna HD RO+UV product.

From the Day one we are facing the problem every month on this product.
Every time the technician had come and replaced some parts on the machine and he said everything is fine hereafter there will not be any problem on this product, but again within a month another problem would come again he has replaced some other parts in the machine, almost he has replaced all the parts in the machine, please see all the case history from our customer ID. Could you replace the machine itself. So for he has replaced some of the parts like HD Filter, Cartridge, PCB Board, UV Lamp 11 Watts etc..Without solving the problem technician has closing the ticket (200 243 8485).The problem is not resolved
Still the machine is not able to power on. More than 15days we are taking drinking water from outside. This leads to fall in sick for kids.

Could you please give high priority to resolve the problem, Or else if you are not able to resolve the problem please replace the machine with new one.
We have already escalated the problem through online Escalate Service Request step 01 to Ms. Anu Kotian., but no response.
