I had purchased an Auxas mobile phone from eBay , This phone was defective and as Ebay dont have option to pick up the defective product I was asked to courier the product by spending Rs1550 as courier charges . Post returning the product I asked them to refund the courire charges in form of fund transfer of cheque but still ebay issued a voucher which would expire in 3 months and they didnot even send me the voucher by email as mentioned in their email . Then I contacted eBay customer support who gave me the code and informed me that it will expire by end of Mar'17 . When I contacted ebay on 31-Mar-2017 I was informed that voucher has expired on 22-Mar-2017 and they are not willing to renew the same . Customer support is not helpful and ebay has worst policies . They force customer to purchase product from ebay by giving them voucher for courier charges for returning the defective product . Please help me to get my charges back .
