Complaint Details
I have booked Malaysia & Singapore holiday package(from 24th March to 30th March) from MakeMyTrip in January'17(Reference ID:[170327-033073] IN1701B0S3146238). Problems are as:-
(1)At the time of booking the itenary for Kualalumpur city tour on 24th march was Night city tour which was later MMT changed it to Day time tour without intimation.As my family reached at Hotel in Afternoon after long air travel. we had to move for city tour without taking rest. on very first day we faced inconvenience.
(2) As per agreed itenary, the hotel Booked for Singapore was cheryloft for 27th MArch while MMT changed it in its latest itenary to Hotel Boss on later on without intimation. I had to wait for more than 03 hours at Hotel lobby for check In at Hotel Boss but actually the hotel was not booked.My family waited for 03 hours at Hotel lobby. I made international calls to MMT india office for clarification & solution which MMT solved after two hours with changed hotel. For making international calls , total bill was more than INR 11000/-. Due to hefty bill, my phone network was blocked by Vodafone. I had to live without Mobile network for 03 days which made the situation very grim.
(3) As per agreed itenary, Snow world park (Malaysia) tickets to be arranged by MMT but at site i had to puchase tickets.
I am attaching the relevant documents for ready reference.

Need urgent intervention & reimbursement of expenditures & inconvience caused abroad.
