Dear Team,
As directed by Hon`ble Prime Minister of India, We all citizen of India are trying best to move towards the cashless economy. But the Institutions like Veena Nursing Home making our path difficult to follow.
Today My wife had gone for D&C medical procedure, for incomplete abortion.
1. Against the procedure, Institution generated a receipt slip of Rs. 12000.00. When I asked to provide the proper bill, firstly they ignored then provided me a bill with no proper explanation and no tax registration number on that.

2. When I presented the my credit card to the counter, they charged me 2% (Rs. 240) extra on bill amount (Rs.12000.00) saying that this is transaction charges which is mandatory to pay. When I resist to pay the extra amount they asked me to pay in cash or if by card then I have to pay that extra amount. Further I asked to provide the bill of that extra amount they bluntly denied and asked me to complaint anywhere as they are doing business from last 35yrs.

3. Not only this but, they are not even providing the proper bills to the people but a dummy looking receipt. I don`t know how much they are doing legal transactions but I know definitely their illegal transactions.

I am writing this complaint in a view and take required firm actions against the people who are resisting people to follow something accountable and hindering the progress of Indian Economy.
