Complaint Details
I had buyed Dr. Aquaguard Classic+ dated: 19/07/2016 Customer Id no:- 6000275996, the product performed satisfactorily till hardly 3 moths after which the discharge of the output water was very low even though having input water at sufficient pressure also there is frequent failures in functioning of indicator display.Consistently i am launching complaints for this same issue again and again but after each one week of service the product consisted with its same issue delivering the poor performance.In total i launched 9 complaints from 26/10/2016 to 28/03/2017 for same reason of but the product is consistent with its poor performance and quality. So, i decided to have a cashback against the product for which i mailed the customer care of company but the above representative of the company once assured us for cashback and after few days they clearly refused for cashback neglecting me ,hence due to the poor performance and bad quality of the product and worst service provided by the representatives, i want cashback the product for which the representatives are refusing and neglecting me....
