Complaint Details
I have purchased Eureka Forbes-Aquasure Prime UV+UF water filter on 26.03.2017 from Vijay Sales, Janakpuri ,New Delhi and the product get installed as not working on 29.03.2017 by the technician from Eureka Forbes and assured by the technician that some Sr. Engineer/ technician will visit next day to rectify the defects or we will arrange replacement. No body appeared next day and thereby I lodged a complain with request no. 0099007782 dated 30.03.2017 and 09.03.2017 with Customer care of Eureka forbes. Even I sent mail to Ms. Anu Kotian , Customer Car and Ms. Vinath Hegde, Head Customer Care for redressal of complain but neither any appeared for resolution of complain nor i got any reply on mail or call. In every mail and complain I requested to either replace the product or repair the same.
