Complaint Details
I am Arun.K and an employee of the police department, coimbatore city. I used Reliance datacard No :9382809878 in 2015 and discontinued services in the same year. I was harassed by Reliance phonecalls and legal notices threatening me to pay two months bills of Rs. 2,448 /- of datacard usage even though I never used it after filing termination of service request. I made final settlement of Rs. 1000 /- to Reliance recovery agent on 18.03.2016 to save myself from further harassment. Now after a period of 1 year I again received a legal notice threatening me to pay up Rs. 1448 /-. I request you to come to my help and penalize Reliance for using unfair and unethical means to threaten me.
