Sir/Madam, I purchased a Mobile through Xiaomi's online MI app. Order ID 5170323110452386 on 23rd March 2017. But without stock they have taken my order and not delivered my order until 09 april 2017. They simply taken my order and received my payment and keep my money for 17 days. Also they given one courier tracking number, but there is no update on the status of the product through that tracking number. Here Xiaomi clearly cheating customers by taking fake orders and giving fake tracking number. Today almost 21 days over , after many mail to their customer support nothing happened. My payment not refunded yet. Xiaomi taking fake orders and received customer payment and invest it in short term share market something. I am working in bank, because of this issue I mentally disturbed and it created a loss. Now I want my money back and also I need compensation for my last one month mental agony + I need interest for my amount Rs.5999 for 30 days at clean rate.
