first of all this is not a complaint. But a request for full refund of travel cost as it was an extenuating reason of sudden demise of my mother. a sort of force majure and cancelled 10 days before on the occurence of this event. kindly consider full refund . a Cancel penalty of Rs.20000 has been levied with Rs.4000 on each ticket of my family. only 3 receipts are attached as the other 2 receipts could not be attached as there were only 3 attachments provided for thanks in advance.
