Sir my device is in service center from last 7 months.
I am already contacted Samsung ceo's office.
Sir my mobile have have some display issue approximate 7 months ago after that i visited to there collection center and submitted my device​ and they not fix it even after 2 months then i contacted to there ceo's office and even after that i not got it back then I filled a FIR against Samsung collection center.
After that i got my mobile back but not fully repaired. My mobile have some issue with home button and and they said that they don't have​ parts now and I take my mobile and they will call me once the part available and repair it.
After 1.5 months my device get out of warranty and they contacted me after 2 months and said me to come with my mobile to change my home button and then when they changed my home button my device again started to show some display issue and when i said them that is there fault and repair it they said no.
After that i again contacted there ceo's office and after 15 days they taken my device again and said that it is there fault and they will repair it free of cost.
After that they taken 15 days to repair it and then i visited to collection center to collect my device and at that time my device have too many scratch on my device lcd and home button and I am not taken the device​ and contacted them again and it will take around 1 month​ to get a response from there side after that that they said that they will fix my issue and taken my device again on 2 April 2017 and said me that they will take action against service center because of there faulty service and now when i contacted to collection center they said that service center is not taking your device and they are saying that we can't do anything with this.
Please Help.
