I have done a recharge worth ₹303 for my jio no.+917909040072 on 23/03/17 from PhonePe app and the money also got deducted from my bank account but i haven't got the recharge yet so i registered a complaint with the company's customer care on 26/03/17 and the complaint no is 474549. Since then they are only requesting to wait for 3 working days so that they could resolve the issue... But i dont know when will those 3 days come its been now 20 days since i have registered the complaint with the company.. But it dont seems for me to have any solutions... Now i want refund of my money back in my bank account or PhonePe wallet.. They are just requesting for 3 nore days whenever i call them i have tried calling them for over 5-7 times in these 20days period.
