I visited the Baroda branch for surrender the policy on 01.03.2017.

At that time executive told me that 7.0 % pension will be given in case of opted pension plan instead of surrender value.

As per the oral confirmation for 7 %, i given consent for option of pension plan. But when on line policy generation, i came to know that only @ 5.88 % pension considered.

Hence, i decided to take surrender value instead of pension.
HDFC denied to pay surrender value as maturity date is 17.03.2017.
