You Broadband cheating after taking money not in a position to provide service.

I have been the customer of You broadband past 24 months..regularly i am facing service issues, irrespective of my frequent calls, they react so lately every time 4-7 days they will take to resolve it being part of core of Hyderabad city.. 15days back suddenly my net got disconnected and they are saying there is no power box near by..and they want put into my home, which is rented one and onwer is not accepting to put fresh wiring anything..you broadband people saying than will not provide and we don't even pay back my money also..please help me regarding this issue.
