Complaint Details
I bought a MI power bank from Ebazar Ninja, online sales company. When I received the product on 17/4/17, I found the brand name is written on product as MI (CO) instead of MI as shown in their website. Also the product was dirty and looks like a 2nd hand product. When I told them to collect back and pay back the cash Rs.900 cash, which I paid, they said they can't pay cash immediately and only after collecting the product, they will pay to my bank account after 15 days. Hence I make this complaint on the cheating company and request your immediate action to blacklist this company. They are showing something in their website but shipping a different product and cheating the consumers. When they deliver the product collect cash and so why not pay return the cash and collect back the product? Please take strong action.
