Complaint Details
I am one of the ex- employee of SNG Developers Ltd. I've joined this company on Dec'07 till April'15. I have not been paid my outstanding salary + gratuity for the past many months before and after end of my job for the post of Secretary to Sr. GM - Contracts of your organization M/s SNG DEVELOPERS LTD. (located at 112, Indraprakash Building, 21 Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi - 110001.)

This company has not paid salaries to their employees from more 2 yrs (approx. ). Mine is outstanding outstanding salary + gratuity pay
ment (2.56 Lacs approximately) and when we (ex-employees) call to them, they don't bother to entertain us or else reply (when we ask for our salary) that we have not yet thought of paying to ex-employees, we will see later on (this was the statement of MD of the company).

I requested MD several times (written and verbal) that I am single mother (widow) It's hard for me to survive but they don't bother.

Please advise what should we do for this type of company.
