Dear sir , i have a commercial car loan with shriram finance my car car insurance got expired around january 2 second week but january 1 st week itself i have informed the shriram executive govarthan also promised insurnce is ready in the office they will deliver to my address but they didnt do it so i went their office to collect my insurance but shocked to hear no is no such insurance in my name so complained to the manager he was saying dont believe the field executives and promised to issue my insurance renewal but till date they havent produced my insurance bcos of them i lost all my earnings since i drive in call taxi they have stopped my acct due to insurance expiry pl help me to sort this issue
