Complaint Details
i have ported my number from vodafone to airtel two months ago. I have made the full and final payment to vodafone but they have again sent me a bill of rs 350/. Company says we do inform the customer about the bill to be generated as per bill cycle even after porting. But i have not been told about this by any means . I have received no sms, call, email or guided by executive in personnel.
right communication at right time is our right.
