Dear Team,
I have purchased Daikin 1.0 Ton 3 Star SAC (FTC35RRV16) on 25th May 2016 (Invoice No CWD/0803). While purchasing I was told that I will get 1 years of Free Services. Now when I am trying to book a service call, no one is responding and ignoring the call. I tried to call Mr. Riyaz Sheikh (9870061696) and also tried to call Cool World's Office (022 - 24174444) but no one is responding the call. Its been 1 month I am trying to chase Daikin' guys but no one is responding.
Further I would like to inform that within one year I have received only 1 service, every time the same issue comes up.
Kindly look into the matter and revert back at the earliest.
