Complaint Details
I had purchased a queen size cot online through the website www.insaraf.com. They delivered a defective cot (crack and bend on the frame and with a big crack on leg) for which I have neither received the refund, nor replacement, in spite of repeated complaints over the phone and through email. I have contacted your office more than 30 times but you have neither returned a single call nor answered to any of my emails.
I would request for refund the money that I actually paid and take back the defective product. I am no longer looking for a replacement because I am not satisfied with their service.
