I have a savings bank account in Bank of India at Shimpoli link road branch On 2/3/2017 I had issued two cheques of Rs 35000/- each the cheque numbers were 018330 & 018331 respectively despite of enough balance in my account both the cheques came return due to some technical error with banks internal process and on the same day I got a call from my home branch ( BOI SHIMPOLI LINK ROAD)saying that your charges(i.e Rs.695/-) will be credited in your account within a week but since almost 50 days passed on I haven't received any kind of refund or a call from the bank and when I went to bank they were not been able to entertain my query they keep on passing me from one desk to another and none of them were interested to look into this and when I am trying to call in call centre no one taking my call I would only like to request the refund of Rs 695 into my bank account.
