Complaint Details
Purchased mobile phone from www.amazon.in and paid Rs.5998 using credit card during product delivery. The mobile phone product did not confirm to
specifications and I returned the product. Amazon has credited the amount to my amazon account instead of crediting it to the credit card account. Since I used credit
card to make payment, I had to repay the Credit card company this month
end. When I called Amazon customer care, the customer care person is using different jargons and not providing a convincing reply for not crediting refund to my credit card. By crediting back
to my amazon account, amazon.in is forcing me to again buy from them
which is not correct. The transaction was made online and the refund has to be credited back to the account from where transaction was originated. Please help to resolve this issue.
