I purchased an AC from Sargam Electronics and paid Rs 31200 by my card.Firstly the installation guys who came were rude and asked for more money for installation than what was I informed at the store.When I asked them about the increased charges they threatened me to go to consumer court and do what I want and went out saying that get it installed from any local vendor.I had to call sargam electronics and complain about which after which their installation person came again and this time at 830 pm.After installing and taking money he told me that the AC unit is completely broken and could not be even switched on.So had to file a complaint again but it was difficult to get in touch with sargam electronics at one go and after trying several times got hold of them after one day.They promised to resolve it but after following up and making several calls it's been 8 days but did not get a working AC and still suffering.
