This is regarding my hotel booking with makemytrip. I originally booked for 2 days and due to some emergency, I vacated from hotel after staying for a day after informing hotel for which they did not have any issue to vacate and asked to contact makemytrip for refund. Unfortunately makemytrip is bluffing with the things with false replies and not interested in resolving the issue. Please find the attached communication mails on this.
