Generally I used to get between Rs.800 to Rs.1200 monthly bill. This time I got excess bill of Rs.2640. In this bill, other than energy charges, they illegally charged Net Other Charges which comes to Rs.1129 where there is no explanation. I had contacted through email reliance customer care, but they yet to make any response. The officials are callous in responding and resolving the issue. I suspect they acted in vengence against me. The reason is that I had submitted letter alongwith necessary documents after verification of my original at Tilak Nagar office, Chembur for correction in my name as well as change in Shop's name. For this I had submitted necessary details like aadhaar, PAN, Shop & Estt. Licence etc. alongwith covering letter. For this I have to submit twice documents. First they lost the documents submitted. Then again submitted documents. For 2 months, name not transferred. After writing various letter, only name correction done. But shop's name not transferred. Again I approached concerned authorities including Head of the dept. and Appellate authorities, but they did not responded. I repeated wrote letter several time, but in vain. Now after 4 months, I got excess bill due to unknown reason. The company officials adopting high handedness and there is no transparency in billing system as they have already charging excess bill from consumers. Now they are shocking with excess bill which more than double the normal monthly bill. Hence I request you to kindly take up the matter with company for early resolution and send me actual bill including name correction of my shop as I already submitted relevant documents. I am attaching some documents for your kind reference.
