I have a zero dep unlimited claim insurance from honda assure for my car DL9CAE9634 but my claim was rejected by honda assure saying that the damage doesn't match with the cause. the rear bumper which i was asking was damaged on one side in this accident and the partly damaged in an another accident for which liability was accepted by the insurance company but i didn't had the repair done at that time as i did not wanted to leave my car in the workshop for many days.NOW THE COMPANY IS REFUSING SAYING THAT THE SAME DAMAGE CANNOT BE CLAIMED TWICE WHILE I HAVE NOT GET THE REPAIR DONE IN MY EARLIER CLAIM. THE SAME BUMPER WAS FURTHER DAMAGED IN THE CURRENT ACCIDENT FOR WHICH NO CLAIM WAS PROVIDED TO ME. I WAS JUST ASKING THE COMPANY TO PROVIDE ME THE CLAIM WHICH IT ALREADY ACCEPTED AND SAVING COMPANY FROM EXTRA CLAIMS. THIS IS WHERE UNLIMITED CLAIMS IN MY POLICY SHOULD COME INTO EFFECT OTHERWISE WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING UNLIMITED CLAIMS IN A HONDA ASSURE POLICY. ONE COULD GO FOR A NORMAL POLICY WITH A VERY LOWER PREMIUM. FURTHER DUE TO NO REPLY FROM INSURANCE COMPANY FOR MY THIS COMPLAINT MY CAR STAYED IN SERVICE CENTRE FOR 19 DAYS WHICH CAUSED ME HIRING CAB FOR MY COMMUTE COSTING ME RS.26600/-
