Complaint Details
1. They are showing a edittext in mobile application where user can enter a number and recharge now if you enter any number recharge is done on your profile number not the number you enter in edittext
2. If you recharge same package from other online site they deduct 300 as service tax and send messages that service is activated what actually not any service is given and if call customer care they are just saying we are resolving it and same words they are telling from 2 weeks
