Respected Sir and Madam,
I have purchased an Intex Terbo 4G mobile for my daughter from Rashmee Enterprises, Chakradharpur, West Singhbhum, Jha bearing receipt no. 1867 on 14.06.2016, receipt enclosed herewith in document1.
On 16.04.2017 Phone battery was not charging, so I complained to Shopkeeper. He replied that battery has to be replaced, so it will have to send it Intex Service Center, Jamshedpur and put remarks overleaf of original receipt & signed on 16.04.2017, copy enclosed herewith for your kind perusal please.
Sir, after passing of 10 days I called him from 26.04.17 to till now and ask what about mobile he said, I have already been sent it Service centre, Jamshedpur when it will come, I will call you, so I requested him please give me service center no. so he gave switch off mobile no. 9122431261.
Again, I called his mobile no. 9334505371 why you have given switch off mobile no. so he said this is only service centre no. I told him I am going to consumers forum then he replied wherever you have to go, gone nothing will be happed.
With the above circumstance, I have lost Rs. 6, 000.00 for hiring of vehicle from Chakrdharpur to Chaibasa (25 Kms) for escorting of my daughter due to delay communication. Hence, I requested you kindly take appropriate action to replace/repaired mobile as well as expenses. I shall remain oblige to for the action kindness.
