Hi,
I have a Zero dep (for Ertiga Car, 9802), insurance from HDFC ERGO, when they sale it told me, everything is covered under zero dep
but now at the time of claim, they are asking me money to be paid to workshop.
4 days they took and still not a single call received from customer support team, very bad experience.
