Complaint Details
Mr. Deepak Gala accepted from us Rs.31 lakhs by cheque and Rs. 2 Lakhs by cash in the year April-May 2013 was consideted flat of Rs 92 lakhs of 2 bhk of 1008 sq.ft. nd now he is saying thst they have sold that piece of that land to another third party on ehich our building was to be constructed , we were waiting for foundation of our building when will be founded to furnished. Now he is saying they are ready to give us another flat some another building named saidham nearby to our old building's land at the increased area 1207 sq.ft. and rates i.e. Rs.12600 per sq.ft. which is going out of our budget. We told them this is out of our budget we cannot afford so much huge amount of money so please give us our money back we may see to another builder developer to who will give us 2 bhk flat within our limit/ budget. This is going on since August 2016 . He niether giving us flat not giving our money back. We want our miney back with interest @9% p.a.for 4 years which is calculated Rs.1188000/- + Rs.3300000/- + Court Fee and Advocates fees Total amounting ti Rs.46 lakhs. We have got Original Receipt of Rs.3100000/-
