I Rahul kunchhal want to complain against a ticket company irctc which charged me 90 RS more on my ticket booking they charge 10 rs as transaction and 1.5 RS as service charge but this time I was charged 90 RS extra my ticket cost me rs 3360 but they deducted rs 3468 and when I contacted them on an email after 10 days there reply come that the irctc ticket charge is only 3360 it could be from bank side and when I visited bank they said its from the irctc side and this was not from bank side because I book many things from my bank and booked many tickets from this account but they have removed the debit card option from their website and the net banking of many banks and they say if you have to pay RS for your ticket from rupay card Kotak PG and I paid from that and got a high charged 90 RS extra
I am having a pnb bank so why I can't get an option of pnb debit card in payment
why i have to pay from kotak rupay and get charged more
