Complaint Details
I had rented a property through nestaway technologies. Rental agreement has not been provided after repeated requests. Very rude customer service agents. One of them blamed me for delay in service. Windows were broken at the time of move in . Even after repeated requests the issue has not been addressed.Rats are getting inside the room through the broken window. I have been denied basic living conditions and I beleive that I have been a victim of fraud a organisation that promises services but has never for once delivered.
I am feeling cheated. There are umpteen number of people who have been cheated by nestaway. I seek the right to be provided of the services that I have paid for.

I have had the worst experience of my life by dealing with nestaway.

I have been deprived of my basic rights as a tenant.

Sice the rental agreement has not been provided on time all my utilities transfers to the current address are blocked.

I hereby request your kind assistance in claiming the damages that I have incurred because of Nestaway's negligence
