I’ve purchased land (in Momnathal village Noida) from CBR Company BY Mr. SONU DEDA. But later after registry and Mutation of it, I found that property belongs to Noida authority. They have fraud me by selling authority land and i have doubt that few of govt. person also involved in this activity because without their help they can’t do such fraud to me.
Later when i contacted to Mr. SONU DEDA but he ignored our calls or misguide us to buy another land from them (that also may be disputed) and forget the money. And then his partner SANOJ came in line and told that now we can’t do anything to it. After lot of efforts and meeting to their place they given assurance to buy that land again from us. And for that he gave his company latter head and told to write accordingly as attached here. And then gave postdated cheque i.e. 8/05/2017 now when i told him to drop that cheque in my account then denied to drop and told to hold more days. Its completed around 2 years for notation of property by they haven’t come to decision after doing fraud to me and lot other people. Kindly help me.
