Respected Sir/ Madam,
We had recieved calls from club mahindra for appointment of
sales person at our home. after many refusals we had given appointment to the sales person.
he misrepresented the entire scheme and had hide many facts from us. he told that the scheme is valid only for one day and the payment should be done immediately.
He told us to sign the copy and told us that there is no need to read the fine prints as he has already explained to us.
Also he told us that if we are not interested in the membership then we can cancel it and payment will be refunded within 45 days.
It has been more than 4 months that we have cancelled our membership but we have not recieved our money back.
Also when we personally visit their office then do not give any response.
