Purchased a Louis Philippe suit of Rs. 11000/- on the 28th January,2017 after which I was told that i have got a discount coupon of Rs. 1000/- which can be used on the next purchase at any Louis Philippe store in India but that will be valid only from the 1st of February to 31st March,2017.
After the purchase was done, i got the message stating the two coupons of Rs. 500/- each. Later on 25th March, i went to MGF mall in Gurgaon and at the Louis Philippe store, the person refused to acknowledge the coupon as he said that it cannot be used in a franchise store but only at the Company owned store which is in Ambience Mall. I called the showroom, the one at the Ambience store, the person in return said that it is the duty of the consumer to know that franchise stores are not covered under it and seemed to be very casual in his approach saying that you can complain wherever you want to.

False & Misleading information has been given by Louis Philippe resulting in Unfair Trade Practices.
